There is a great and increasing demand for recreational use of the countryside. This can benefit the countryside by attracting the resources for its correct management, but it also increases pressure on habitats and species. As practitioners in both pure conservation and countryside access, we have acquired skills in designing and implementing large scale access projects whilst managing their environmental impacts and even turning these to the advantage of biodiversity.

We can advise on the design, environmental integration and marketing of major access projects.

Our two major countryside access projects are the Anglesey Coastal Path, which circumnavigates the whole of the island, and the 'Lon As Cefni' off-road cycleway that has been constructed in the floodbanks of the River Cefni.
