MM Environmental is a new environmental consultancy based on 9
years experience managing natural environment, countryside
access and heritage projects with our parent company Menter
Môn - the enterprise and environmental agency for Anglesey, North
Wales.
We can provide services in the fields of ecological survey, EIA,
nature reserve management, environmental mitigation, habitat
restoration, heritage and archaeology project management,
access to the countryside, interpreting the environment and
heritage, and funding applications.
We own and/or manage on behalf of local communities several
public nature reserves and heritage sites. We also have four species
conservation projects for red squirrels, otters, water voles and bats.
We have implemented major access projects to the countryside -
including the Anglesey Coastal Path and the 'Lon Las Cefni' offroad
cycleway - and have a lengthy portfolio of leaflets and
booklets to accompany and encourage rural tourism.
We have experience interpreting the environment, from the design
and production of information boards & leaflets to book publishing.
We have both in-house and external writers, researchers and
designers with experience in the field.
We have our own countryside furniture workshop and construction
teams for access projects - paths, fencing, styles, bridges,
boardwalks, etc.
We are committed to applying the same high standards to our
environmental services we do to our own environmental projects.
MM Environmental is a non-profit making company.
All surpluses are reinvested into Menter Môn's natural environment projects. |
